The composition, the sets, the light and the shadows are always worked with great finesse and remarkable beauty.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1092\" class=\"\"\u003e In this scene, landowner B. Through the large mirror, one glimpses a tropical garden through a window at the rear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp class=\"\" data-end=\"1334\" data-start=\"1025\"\u003e When I returned to Europe during the lockdown, these images came back like a dream: that of being isolated, not in a Parisian apartment, but in an old Indian haveli. Indian nymphs and wild animals seem to be enjoying the scene, observing these three figures deep in conversation at the center of the composition.
