Return and Refund Policy

At Paris Créations Virtuelles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns under certain conditions:

Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an artwork.
Return Condition: Artworks must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alterations, and in their original packaging.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at pariscreationsvirtuelles@gmail.com with your order number and details of the artwork you wish to return.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Sale or promotional artworks are not eligible for refunds.
