Collection: Malu Supp

Born in Düsseldorf, Germany , I completed my high school diploma with art as my major and have 40 years of experience in painting. It all started with portraits, until I finally "landed" in acrylic painting.

My art is abstract, but also figurative, acrylic painting on canvases or wooden supports of various sizes. My paintings depict landscapes, animals, and floral motifs. Mixed media techniques are used.

For example, I work with structured paste, Rügen chalk, liquid concrete, bitumen (tar), spatula or modeling pastes combined with sand or ash, or even solely with pastels.

Paintings in which photographs and acrylic paint blend into a single unit are my passion.
