Collection: Malu Supp

Born in Düsseldorf, Germany , I am completing my Abitur with art as my main subject and have 40 years of experience in painting. It all started with portraits, until I finally " landed" in acrylic painting. My art is abstract, but also figurative acrylic painting on canvas or wooden supports in various formats. In my paintings, one discovers landscapes, animals and floral motifs. Mixed media techniques, so-called Mixed Media, are used. For example, I work with structured paste, Rügen chalk, liquid concrete, bitumen (tar), spatula or modeling pastes combined with sand or ash, or even only with pastels. Paintings in which photographs and acrylic paint merge into a single unit are my passion.
