Collection: Nadine Corne

In 1999 after a ban from playing tennis I decided to
attend a visual arts workshop in Rennes. I was immediately won over
through drawing, which I always practice by making live models.

I started out painting in oils but became passionate about watercolors later.
about fifteen years ago.

I realized one rainy day that it was working in
the wet that interested me and that it was the fusion of colors that fascinated me.

Drawing a live model in an emergency is something I really enjoy doing and this is the process
that I apply outdoors.

I only work on the motif, notably with the association Couleurs de
Brittany, by making a sketch then a detailed watercolor and it's only
after which I can create a memorized watercolor in a spontaneous gesture.
