A breath of sculpted poetry, a caress of the soul.
In Aluna , Maxence Landon gives body to the invisible: a thread of emotion, a suspended gesture, a link between two beings or perhaps between two states of consciousness. In bronze, the material becomes fluid, almost supple, recalling the lightness of a pencil stroke in the air.
The work seems to vibrate to the rhythm of an encounter: that of a glance, a breath, or a whisper. The elongated, abstract figures brush against each other, embrace, without ever closing in. The empty space becomes tension, silence, and dialogue.
Halfway between symbolic and organic, Aluna invites slow contemplation. She speaks of attachment and freedom, human fragility and the power of connection.
A sculpture that is both minimalist and intensely expressive, to be experienced as a silent meditation.
