To change, to evolve, to surrender to the movement of life... "Metamorphosis" is a journey between two states, between shadow and light, between what we were and what we are becoming.
At the center of the composition, a face split in two. One, marked by black and mystery, seems to whisper fragments of the past. The other, bathed in white and pink, opens to a new vibration, that of transformation. Around her, colors burst forth, words slip into the material, and a green hummingbird—a symbol of lightness and rebirth—takes flight, like an invitation to take flight.
Jessica Seivert delivers here a work that is both intimate and universal, where the passage from one state to another becomes a visual dance, an alchemy between what fades and what emerges.
