Stillness of Power 1 is not an image of the city, but an image of distance.
The towers rise, autonomous, almost closed in on themselves, as if they had transcended human scale. Their verticality imposes a silent presence, devoid of invitation or dialogue. This is not a bustling urban landscape, but a space where power manifests itself in immobility.
Light, central to Tereza Palaiologou's work, sculpts volumes and accentuates the tension between mass and void.
