With A Ride Through Time, Tereza Palaiologou creates an image in which time seems to detach itself from any chronology. A bright blue van, emerging almost like an apparition, moves across a nearly timeless setting: a palm-lined pier, suspended in a soft and silent black and white. The contrast is immediate, almost cinematic. Color becomes memory; the setting becomes recollection.
