With L'œil bleu , Félix Lamalle plunges us into a circular, hypnotic and vibrant vertigo. Like a drop falling into the heart of the cosmos, the work deploys its concentric circles in blue and gold shades, between ocean and galaxy, iris and vortex.
At the center, a geometric gaze seems to watch over us. Is it the eye of an ancient god, that of our consciousness, or that of the world itself? This luminous core acts as a point of gravity: it attracts, questions, and disturbs.
