A suspended, intimate, and profoundly strange moment. In an antique bathtub, a man shares a bath with a chimpanzee, each immersed in the other's gaze, as if in a silent dialogue. The soft lighting and refined composition give the scene an almost sacred intensity.
The work questions the boundary between human and animal, instinct and consciousness, in a tête-à-tête that evokes philosophy as much as tenderness.
