In Corps et fruits , Félix Lamalle blurs the lines between nature and humanity. The stylized body, almost stretched out on the canvas like a living landscape, blends with the fleshy forms of vibrant fruit. Here, a flower with a vibrant heart. There, a leaf with expressive veins. Further on, pepper segments resembling nourishing organs.
The composition, fragmented yet organic, suggests a fertile world where life circulates through lines, colors, and materials. Félix Lamalle composes this work as an offering: a generous land where the senses merge, where forms express both sensuality and vitality.
