Emerging from a milky veil, the figure of Pandora seems to both be born and dissolve, as if caught in the breath of a memory or an ancient secret. At the crossroads of myth and intimacy, Alexandre Domjan reinvents here the icon of the first woman, not as a symbol of guilt, but as a magnetic, sensual, enigmatic presence.
The charcoal, nervous and profound, inscribes the memory of the gesture; the acrylic, for its part, envelops the scene in transparencies and colored flows, mixing icy blues and warm earths.
