During the Covid pandemic, we were all locked in a room, dreaming of the outside world. In India, this outside world can be a tropical garden, a rural landscape… or sometimes the jungle. This is a fantasy vision of the jungle, with a nymph playing the flute for friendly animals. Perhaps one can sense an influence from Gauguin or Le Douanier Rousseau .
It is a large-format work, painted in acrylic on canvas (100 x 150 cm). A beautiful decorative piece for a clean, white wall.
