The dense and deep textures, between roughness and softness, seem to capture a telluric energy, a fragment of a universe in mutation. The shades of blue, almost mineral, blend into the darkness to better reveal the subtle brilliance of the contrasts.

In this work, Alexis Toublanc plays with the balance of opposites: presence and absence, control and letting go, density and lightness. An invitation to feel the essence of the world, to let one's gaze wander in these reliefs as one explores an unknown land.
