An offered shoulder, a hand placed in a fragile and intimate gesture: Regular symptoms VI reveals a back sculpted by time, between softness and strength, vulnerability and resilience.
As part of the Losing turquoise series, this photograph poetically embodies the central theme of the project: the ambivalence between science and belief, between materiality and symbolism.
Turquoise, a stone with a history spanning millennia, becomes a metaphor here. An object of scientific research as much as a sacred talisman, it represents this contemporary tension between technological progress and a return to superstitions, between rationality and the quest for meaning.
The body, once again, becomes the stage for this duality. It absorbs and expresses this invisible struggle, like an embodied memory of the forces that permeate our era.
A silent work, but of rare power.
