Collection: Felix Lamalle

Painter of the visible and the invisible

It all began under the blazing sun of Guadeloupe. The lush landscapes, the rhythms of the drums, the vibrant colors—so many childhood memories that Félix Lamalle brought to life on canvas with luminous sincerity. His first works were tributes to his native land: a figurative, sensitive style deeply rooted in memory.

But the artist is in motion, and his art is constantly changing. Today, Félix Lamalle explores the paths of abstraction. He moves away from the tangible to better approach the essential, that which is not said but felt. His painting becomes an inner language, nourished by spirituality, intuition, and a quest for meaning that transcends form.

Poetry, a faithful traveling companion, infuses his works: it whispers silences, suggests breaths, and weaves links between matter and emotion. Each canvas is a stop on the path of a man in search—a search for light, harmony, and self.

Félix Lamalle thus offers us a journey from one side to the other , between anchoring and taking flight.
