Collection: Felix Lamalle

Painter of the visible and the invisible

It all began under the bright sun of Guadeloupe. The verdant landscapes, the rhythms of the drums, the vibrant colors—all these childhood memories were brought back to life on canvas with luminous sincerity by Félix Lamalle. His first works were tributes to his homeland: figurative painting, sensitive and deeply rooted in memory.

But the artist is in motion, and his art is constantly evolving. Today, Félix Lamalle explores the paths of abstraction. He moves away from the tangible to better approach the essential, that which cannot be spoken but is felt. His painting becomes an inner language, nourished by spirituality, intuition, and a quest for meaning that transcends forms.

Poetry, a faithful companion on his journey, infuses his works: it whispers silences, suggests breaths, and weaves links between matter and emotion. Each canvas is a stop on the path of a man in search—a search for light, for harmony, for self.

Félix Lamalle thus offers us a crossing from one side to the other , between anchoring and taking flight.
