At the same time, since 1996, Corinne has been responsible for the production and distribution of live shows, Enfance et jeunesse, the Théâtre de l'Ombrelle and the Minibox Company.

She was a project manager at the Ministry of Culture CNC Cinema Center for 10 years. Since 2018, she has also led art workshops for children aged 5 to 12 and adults (APSA Aulnay).

Artistic approach

Inspired by nature, she shares a love of artistic and personal expression. Corinne Foucouin's work, using her oil painting technique with a palette knife, offers a journey into nature and the imagination.

His painting is intuitive and meditative, halfway between abstract art and impressionism, with a touch of free expression.

Corinne is passionate about colors and their vibratory effects, nature and its landscapes, light and its reflections. Her imagination wanders between seasides, rivers, ponds, valleys, and forests, exploring a path between the elements: water, earth, air, and wood on canvas.

When she paints, she is free, she imagines, she travels, she fully experiences the sensation, guided by the vibrations of the colors.

Time seems to stand still... She uses the knife technique for oil painting, with material effects and extra thickness.

The abstract landscapes are suggested, merely evoked. They are painted like a vaporous memory that floats and is reflected in a blur.

A pictorial path crosses colorful forests, observes the bark of trees, delves into memories of walks, between land and water, in search of its essence.

“Corinne Foucouin’s paintings demonstrate a desire for ecological awareness. She shows fragments of environments with undulating appearances. Indeed, the expressive power of color, combined with the play of light, reveals almost moving landscapes. Contours fade, shapes blend and merge. All that remains is the sensation, accentuated by blurred effects. An aura emanates from her works, something alive and vibrant. The surfaces of her canvases, with their reliefs, contribute to the viewer’s immersion. Nothing is fixed, yet the paintings can be described as “living paintings.” She has retained her capacity for wonder and transmits it to us through paintings filled with energy.”
