Biography of Véro Maglioco

Veronica Maglioco

Buenos Aires, Argentina,

Artist, Psychologist and Creative Coach.

Since my childhood, I have found in art a channel of transformation, a tool to meditate, reconstruct and express. I paint and cut photographs in a continuous quest to give form to the invisible. In the cuts and their reconstruction, I discover possibilities, reflections and messages that are transformed into unique works.

My artistic training began at a very young age and over the years I have studied different disciplines to expand my creative practice. At the age of 18, I studied fashion design at the San Martín Cultural Center in Buenos Aires. Later, I continued my artistic training with Ana Fernández and presented my first exhibition in 2012 at the Patio del Liceo Gallery.

Later, I perfected my skills in Nueva Escuela de Diseño y Comunicación , and I worked under the direction of Marina Fages. In my international career, I settled in Spain, where I was the founder and manager of an art gallery and cultural space in Barcelona, ​​a project that I directed for more than two years. This project, accompanied by my exhibition in 2023, marked an important step in my artistic trajectory.

Today, I live in Paris, where I work in an artist studio and exhibit in various galleries around the city, immersing myself in the vibrant Parisian art scene.

As a collagist and poet, my work is born to communicate. My practice arises from the need for a constant dialogue with the world and with what I perceive through the social body.

For me, creation is an agent of change and, above all, a message of love.
