General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of 3D scanning services and the online art gallery offered by Paris Créations Virtuelles.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

Any order for Services implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Seller may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be binding on the Customer as soon as they are published online.

Article 3 - Orders

1. The Customer can place an order online on the Seller's website. The order is firm and final upon receipt of payment.

2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or for any other legitimate reason.

Article 4 - Price and Payment

1. The prices of the Services are indicated on the Seller's website. They are expressed in euros and are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment is made online by credit card or check, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Article 5 - Delivery of Services

1. The Services will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon with the Client. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

2. In the event of a delivery delay attributable to the Seller, the Customer may request compensation or cancel the order.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Services to exercise their right of withdrawal. The Customer must inform the Seller of their decision in writing.

Article 7 - Responsibility

The Seller undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with the applicable quality standards. Its liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.

Article 8 - Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the Seller and the Client in the context of the performance of the Services will be considered confidential.

Article 9 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by law. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
